When damp is noticed in the corner of a room in your house, it is not a good sign. However, if you act on it as soon as you find it, the damp can be prevented from spreading. Damp is like a bad thought, as soon as you notice it in one room, you search for it in others: if one of your team members has a bad feeling it can spread across to the other team members. Taking part in team building days can get to the bottom of issues within your team. Understanding these bad thoughts is essential for the success of your team; however, it is equally important to also have a focus upon things that are going well. Team building days praise the strengths of a team and show where needs improvement in order to continue performing to a high standard. They stop the damp and allow the rest of the team to remain strong.
