My grandparents are the most fiscally intelligent people that I know. Even at the age of eighty they still actively invest money. They raised me for the majority of my life and I can remember spending summers in two different locations. Our vacation destinations would alternate between Florida and California. They owned a condo and town home in the respective states and I had the best times those summers. Now, in my late twenties, I want to own a vacation getaway. I do not want to do a timeshare so I went to my Grandfather to get advice on securing one of the best Clearwater condos. With the information he gave me I was able to go to the real estate agent armed with the questions of an experienced vacationer. Within a month I found the perfect condo and as soon my paid vacation comes up I am taking my grandparents on a trip to my condo in Florida.
