Food is Vital for Losing Fat

There are obviously two factors which you need to consider when you try to understand how to lose stomach fat and they are;

  • Exercise
  • Food

But did you know that one of these factors is much more important than the other?

Well if you do some more reading in other help articles, you should find that many of them agree with me and say it is the food aspect which is more important. Unless of course the article is trying to sell you an exercise machine!

I’m not saying exercise isn’t important, because it is. Everyone should do regular exercise. The thing is, if you stuff yourself full of donuts or other treats, you can exercise like crazy and you will have major trouble losing that stomach fat.

You are much better off replacing various treats with healthy versions or cutting them out altogether. Try just changing a couple of your treats for a week or two. Once you get used to doing that, then move onto more treats.
